Forgotten your Online Banking login details?

I've forgotten my Online Banking login details

If you've forgotten your log in details, don't worry, re-registering for Online Banking is easy and takes just a few minutes. By doing that, you'll then be reminded of your customer number and be able to choose a new PIN and password.

When you re-register we'll ask you some questions, such as your name, date of birth and account details.  This is so we can ensure we're keeping your accounts safe by verifying your identity before you can reset your login details.

For added peace of mind, we'll get in touch by text or email to let you know that you're re-registered.

Your Customer Number

This is up to 10 digits long, starts with your date of birth (DDMMYY) and is followed by your unique number, (up to 4 digits) which tells us who you are.

If you've forgotten your customer number but have an active debit or credit card, you can also login by selecting the 'Card number' option on the login screen, then enter the 16-digit card number followed by your usual Online Banking PIN and password.

Your Online Banking PIN

This is a 4-digit number which you will have chosen when you registered for Online Banking or telephone banking.

Note: It could be different to your debit or credit card PIN number.

Your Online Banking password

You will have chosen a password when you registered for Online Banking or telephone banking. It'll be between 6 and 20 characters and include at least one letter and one number.

If you're still not sure, but have an active debit card and know your account details, you should be able to log in within a few minutes by answering some questions on our Online Banking re-registration form.

We will contact you by text and email to acknowledge your enrolment or re-enrolment for Online Banking.

Remember – We'll never ask you for your full online banking PIN or password over the phone, or for codes from your online banking card reader.  To find out more about staying safe online, visit our security centre.
