What are Rewards?
Every month, earn £4 back in Rewards for paying 2 or more Direct Debits from your reward account – 2 of those Direct Debits need to be at least £2 each. Earn an extra £1 back in Rewards every calendar month you log into our mobile banking app (criteria applies). Monthly fee starting from £2. You must be over 18 and a resident.
Earn
Rewards are easy to earn. You can earn up to £60 a year (before the Reward monthly fee is paid) as well earning on what you spend at participating retailers.
Exchange
You can Trade up Rewards at one of our partner retailers, Bank it and exchange your Rewards for money or Donate to one of our chosen charities.

See your MyRewards straight from the app with the touch of a button. There's no need to use a password anymore.
If you have a Reward current account, logging into the app every month gives you £1 back in Rewards per month.
App available to customers aged 11+ using compatible IOS and Android devices and an international mobile number in specific countries.
With MyRewards you can:
- Earn back in Rewards with our Partner Retailers.
- Exchange your Rewards for e-codes from a range of partner retailers.
- Exchange your Rewards into a donation supporting one of our many chosen charities.
Last year our customers earned an average of 8% back in Rewards when using their Ponance Bank Debit card at our partner retailers. Based on Rewards earned vs. amount spent in 2021.
